Cabo is heaven on Earth! We spent plenty of time by the infinity pool and (as usual) I got a pretty bad sunburn. I just couldn't get enough sun! We were able to explore the nearby town and track down some aloe so I didn't turn too red.
The night of my birthday we took a taxi into town for dinner! (It was about 9 km into town from all the big beach side resorts.) The town seemed pretty touristy; full of beach shops and pharmacies. Town was mostly full of Americans and not very authentic. If I returned, I would do the same thing- spend it sequestered at the resort relaxing!
