We had to change plans for our beach weekend when we woke up the next morning to rain. We had a few options to spend the day in the San Diego area: Lego Land, Sea World or the Zoo. Can you guess where we went?
Since the weather wasn't cooperating, we decided to head to the zoo! The San Diego Zoo is supposed to be one of the best in the country. It did not disappoint.
We had a fabulous day packed full of flamingo watching, hippo stalking, and cable car rides. Not the trip we were expecting, but any time spent together is a great day.
