Ugh, this year started off rough. I was job hunting, frustrated and feeling kind of adrift. But it ended up being pretty great. I did some traveling, I reconnected with some friends, and I actually did find a new job that I love. Not too bad for 12 months of living.
I have a lot to be thankful for. I'm looking forward to seeing what the next year brings me. Did I mention that a bonus of my automotive job is the extra vacation from our plant being shutdown around Christmas? No more having to use vacation for the Christmas stretch! It was torture having to work that graveyard at my old corporate job because I'd already burned up all my vacation the rest of the year. Anyway, here's to 2019 and whatever you may bring...
